The Aluminum Kulfi Mould is frequently employed by Indian restaurants and sweet shops for the production of the traditional frozen Indian delicacy Kulfi.
This dessert boasts a variety of flavors such as Pista Kulfi (pistachio), Badam Kulfi (almond), Mango Kulfi, Saffron Kulfi, and Kulfi Falooda.
Each mould has a diameter of 2 inches (5.08 cm) and a height of 4 inches (10.16 cm), yielding a capacity of 4 oz.
